I have extensive experience scheduling projects within the power industry and can translate that skill set to any industry. I have worked on projects at nuclear power plants where each schedule was based detailed down to the hour of start and completion. Each schedule was integrated into a larger station schedule allocating resources, roles, cost, unit rates, and codes. I routinely ran histogram reports to make sure the schedule was not calling for more of a certain resource than what was available. Monte Carlo assessments are a staple to making sure your project is heading in the right direction and allows you to make decisions based on new critical paths or adjustments in resources.
